CHRISTINE'S STORY

It's not about perfecting the human experience, it's about living it!

where it all began...

A ballroom dance family, a world title and professional juggler of life

I was born in France, raised in Kansas City, and grew up in a family where dancing wasn't just a hobby — it was practically a second language. Being raised bilingual and traveling the world from a young age taught me that life was meant to be experienced, not just lived on autopilot. I spent my childhood and twenties dancing my way around the world, eventually becoming a World Rhythm Champion in 2011 alongside my dad! Yep, we became the first father-daughter team to ever hold that title. Not your typical family bonding activity, but it made for some incredible memories! Competitive dancing taught me discipline, confidence, resilience, and how to perform under pressure. What it didn't teach me? How to turn it all OFF. When you spend your life being judged on how you look, move, and perform, perfectionism has a sneaky way of becoming part of your identity. I became really good at achieving things and looking like I had it all together. Spoiler alert: I didn't always have it all together. Eventually, I started asking myself: What's the point of building an incredible life if you're too busy, stressed, or exhausted to actually enjoy it? That question changed everything..... Over the last 8 years, I've traded the pursuit of perfection for something much more meaningful: balance, freedom, and fulfillment. I earned my personal coaching certification, became a Sustainable Success Coach and built The Freedom Mindset Academy around my knowledge on systems. I challenged a whole lot of limiting beliefs, and learned that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is let go of how you thought life was supposed to look.

THE WOMAN I AM TODAY...

A lot of unlearning and many passions later learning to embrace the messy action to create magic

That journey inspired my Recovering Perfectionist Podcast, where I have honest, vulnerable, and sometimes hilarious conversations about mental well-being, personal growth, and taking messy, intentional action. It also led me to create the Dance Wellness Community, combining my athletic background with my passion for whole-human wellness. Through our community app, licensed practitioners, and in-person Recovery Lounges, we're helping athletes become HAPPY High Achievers, because success shouldn't come at the expense of your well-being. The media company, SEN 1 Media, my husband and I have been building together over the last 9 years is thriving with our team of now 10 and I do all the broadcast media corresponding and hosting. I get to interview fascinating people in entertainment, athletics, and technology, cover incredible events, and tell stories that connect people. In our free time, lol, my husband and I host The French Experience — intimate luxury group adventures filled with château stays, private chefs, French culture, and unforgettable memories. We've hosted more than 20 experiences over the last 12 years and now offer and North & South of France Experience. I'm a wife, mom, entrepreneur, traveler, creative, and a woman constantly reinventing what her next chapter looks like. Some days I'm holding a microphone on a red carpet, other days I'm building a new business idea, planning a French getaway, or just trying to keep up with everyday life. For years, I thought success meant achieving the next big thing. Another title. Another goal. Another accomplishment. Now? I believe success is having the freedom to create a life you actually love waking up to everyday. I'm still ambitious. I still dream BIG. I still have a million ideas running through my head. But I'm learning that I don't have to sacrifice my peace to pursue my potential. I'm not here to teach anyone how to live a perfect life. I'm here to show what's possible when you stop trying to be perfect and start living on purpose.
